The purpose
of the Sport Fishing Committee is to promote fishing activities
amongst members of the Holliston Sportsmen's Association.
Activities include tournaments, fishing trips, and fly
tying workshops. We also host the Annual Youngsters Trout
Derby at the club pond.

2006 Big Fish Tournament Rules
1. Open to H.S.A. members only.
2. Dates: February 1, 2006 to January 15, 2007.
3. Species: Trout/Salmon, Large Mouth Bass,
Small Mouth Bass, Striped Bass, Bluefish.
4. Location: Unrestricted, fish anywhere in
the world.
5. Method: Unrestricted, all legal methods bait,
fly, lures, ice fishing, etc.
6. Entries: No entry fee. Submit a picture of
the catch. List the date taken, length of fish
in inches, location, method used. Bring entries
to a meeting, mail to the club at P.O. Box 6044,
or e-mail to rfgirvin@yahoo.com .
7. Awards: 1st, 2nd, and third place in each
category wins a gold, silver, or bronze pin.
First place winners names are engraved on the
Big Fish Tournament trophy on display at the
clubhouse.
